Have so water with you and a snack to keep you from getting up and forgetting that you have homework to do.Do some of your homework in your free time like in classes when you may just be sittin there. Though do take a break every so often to give your brain a break so you can start fresh when you go back to your work.
Mercy_x_Me answered Saturday August 20 2005, 1:10 pm: Well you don't want to rush your homework too fast. If you have a study hall, then make sure you utilize that time to take care of some of the hw. If any substitute teachers come and give you a free period, or you just get one in general, use every minute of it to do homework. On the days with a bigger load, skip lunch with friends and go do homework in the library. It might suck but taking these advanced courses may really help you out in the end. If any of the homework is taking you long, go to lunch in the teachers room for extra help if they offer. They can help you with strategies to move you along faster. Don't dawdle or go online after school, get straight to work and maybe go online after. Depending how long it takes you to get ready, try and get ready faster in mornings to give yourself that 15-20 minutes extra sleep. It may really make a difference for you. It's all about shifting around your schedule to make it work for you. If you get homework that you have a couple of days to do, do it straight away to free up time during the week and weekends with friends. Most of all, if none of this works you might have to consider dropping one high school class and going the next level down as not to deprive yourself... it's unhealthy. School is really tough, but trust me alot of it may pay off in the end. [ Mercy_x_Me's advice column | Ask Mercy_x_Me A Question ]

sunnyville answered Thursday August 18 2005, 9:59 pm: Some tips are :1.concentrate and focus.
2.Do your hw without distractions in a quiet place like the library or somewhere in your house where there's no noises.
3.Spend most of your time or your whole lunch time doing your homework so when you get home you won't have so much to do.
4.If you have free time during class do your hw or even ask your teacher for help on it if you don't understand something.
5.Or get help on the computer for things like algebra and search for experts on that subject.
6.Take good notes then go over it make sure you understand it so it's much easier and faster to do your hw.Use these tips they will be very useful! [ sunnyville's advice column | Ask sunnyville A Question ]

xomegaroni answered Thursday August 18 2005, 9:32 pm: hmm this is what i do! if there's time before classes, er after, juss some extra time, pull outta worksheet and start doing it. obviously you can't do it in class, because you'll fall behind and could get caught. if you're sitting in lunch and get bored you can do that too. always bring it juss incase. there aren't enough hours in a day, but you can't really rush through it either er you mess it all up. that's all i did and i've finished earlier. 9pm tops. it should work.
