Just keep it resting. Try and give it food and water. You might have broke its rib cage or punctured its lungs. I have 4 ferrets and their skin is tougher than ours so I dont know if anything would be seriously wrong with it. Mine fall and get caughtunder things all the tiem, lol - but just wait it out for tonight and when you get a chacne take it to the vet.

That stinks. Dont panic! I believe that your pet ferret know's that you love him. I think that you should call someone. a parent or a friend. Ask them to come help. hold him. Even tho he cant talk back talk to him tell him every thing will be okay. try to feed him! then at the at time the vet opens call tell them its an emergency and go straight there. dont let him out of your sight keep him with you! i love animals if i were you this is what i would do! I hope this works out for you!

don't panic! that is the first thing you don't want to do. don't panic! call your parents or a friend and ask them for some help. try to comfort him and treat his wound. call 911. that is the best way to do something. it wil help. trust me. remember to rate me high if i helped!

Try not to move him too much. Get something solid that you can take him to the vet in like a carrier or a box, and put a towel or something in it so he's not laying directly on the cold surface. Transfer him to it very carefully, try not to move his position. Use a piece of cardboard or something like that if necessary. Once there, try not to touch him or move him.

Cover him with a towel or small blanket to keep him warm (but not hot), he may be in shock. Don't use direct heat like heating pad, just cover his body and feet. Don't cover his head.

If he's breathing hard, don't try to make him eat or drink. If he's wearing a collar, remove it.

Look up every vet in the phone book and call the numbers right now. Sometimes they will have an answering machine message that says something like "for emergencies, call this number" and you may be able to talk to a vet right away.

you probally crushed a bone in its body, or gave it a horribla bruse :(

Hand feed your pet, incase if it cant talk to the food, so keep food by your farret at all times till tomorrow

give it some nice cold water along with the food.

you should watch where you are walking for now on, wbut tomorrow when you can take it to a vet, if its possibal, take it right away.

hope it feels better!!
