well you could try taking it to where you bought it and have them fix it or if its under some kind of guarentee have them send it back to get fixed. nokia doesnt always completely fix things, when my moms phone died they told her it was water damage. it was in her purse all the time. so yeah just lettin you knowww. hope this helps! <3

I had a similar problem. This may or may not work for you, but the first thing to try is to take out your battery, wait for a minute or so, and then put your battery back in. Plug the phone into a charger, and try to turn it on.

Like I say, it might not work; but it's worth a try. Good luck!

hey,
i HIGHLY doubt that your going to be able to repair your phone yourself . maybe you can go back to the store you bought it at and get a warranty or something or ask them to repair it. if your phone can still make calls and stuff then its most likely only the screen that's the problem so just ask the store or whoever about it.

Call the help line that's in your phone manual. They should be able to tell you how to fix it. You might just have to get a new phone.
