make a list with everything your good at and good things about you
you have to have confidence in your self and everything you do
dont give up if you fail try again
the most important thing is dont ever let any one bring you down and dont let them get to you

Start thinking more positive thoughts about yourself. If you're always beating down on yourself you're going to end up depressed. If you think HIGHLY of yourself it'll all go from there.

You have to think postive about all of the things that you do. If someone says your pretty belive it && dont just be like um no I'm not. Think that you can do anything you ever want to!! Set goals && acomplish them && keep telling your self that you can do it.

You believe in yourself by telling yourself that you can do something. Like for example if you have a test to study for you tell youself I can pass this test I can. Just have faith in yourself and you can do anything!! Hope this helps!!!
