hey!
i'm on a diet where i'm really watching what i eat, and not eating junk food or anything any more! but it's 9:35 at night..and i'm hungry! what can i have that won't cause me to gain weight? we don't have alot.. but suggestions would be soo helpful!
rikatree2375 answered Saturday July 30 2005, 12:09 am: It's great you understand how late night snacks can really affect your weight. Try fruit or veggies. Or if you can stand it, cereal low in sugar is good too. As long as you stay away from all the calories, fat, and sugar you can't go wrong!!!

Dressing, almonds, shrimp, croutons, raisins, beans, whatever you can find that might spice up the salad. And drink lots of water to fill your belly. That'll make you full.
