late snack hey!
i'm on a diet where i'm really watching what i eat, and not eating junk food or anything any more! but it's 9:35 at night..and i'm hungry! what can i have that won't cause me to gain weight? we don't have alot.. but suggestions would be soo helpful!

Sometimes when you think you are hungry you might actually just be thirsty, so try to drink some water or juice first to hold you over....if that doesnt help try some fruit or something low in fat...but its better to not eat anything after 7pm. Drinking something usually helps so try that!!

It's great you understand how late night snacks can really affect your weight. Try fruit or veggies. Or if you can stand it, cereal low in sugar is good too. As long as you stay away from all the calories, fat, and sugar you can't go wrong!!!

well eating a lil thing with sugar and it wont hurt you but if you want to lose weight eat a thing of sugar free ceral or a fruit but to eat a lil something like a cookie wont gain like 600 pounds to you having a lil something wont hurt ]
salad, fish is really good for u and good to eat when on a diet thats really all i can think of i hope i helped ]

Well, you could always drink a bunch of water, or eat an apple with some peanutbutter.. or just eat fruit or something!

Salads, any fruits. Ceral also wont make you gain weight. ]
Try a salad? Put yummy stuff on it. Dressing, almonds, shrimp, croutons, raisins, beans, whatever you can find that might spice up the salad. And drink lots of water to fill your belly. That'll make you full. You might still have the urge for junk food, but don't do it!!! lol. ]
A bowl of cereal that has oats in it. Maybe some oat meal. I would tell you more but I can't think of any right now. ]
