I'm thinking about getting side swept bangs. All of you that have them, are there disadvantages? Does it get in your face, and will it take quite a long time to grow out? I also do track, so will it annoy me when I'm running? THanks

i have side sweep bangs and when i first got them they were realy short and long hair would get in my face i just cut them to match my banges, if you run they can get anoying but you can just put them up with clips cuz you wil just be doing sports

i have them, only my hair is curly, so i have to straighten them, but like, for track just put them in a bobby pin or clip to hold them in place!

i have them... at first i hated them because i thought they looked bad but then i got the hang of them.i think they look good on people.in track you can just put a bobby pin in it that is the same color as your hair so you cant really see it

uh i have them..they dont look good in my picture though because they were way to short at that time..they take so fuckin long to grow out..some disadvantages are that they do get in the way sometimes like when the wind blows they go everywhere..and some of the longer hair always gos into the bangs and its hard to seperate them..hmm..and for track i guess you could just pin them back because they would make you sweat more and get all gross if you left them down while running..mine get in my face but mine are supposed to be over my eye a little bit cause i style them that way..you can keep it from doing that though..hmm i think thats it! but if you want them give them a try..it takes a long time for them to grow but it might be worth it!

omgosh side swept bangs are so0o cute! i have them and they are adorable! there arent really any disadvantages. mine really didnt take a long time go grow out. and yours shouldnt either. when im running and working out mine never get in my face and if it just so happens does i just brush them back. they should look good on you i would get them!

I have them, and they are easy to manage. I don't grow mine out. I just take the hair closest to my forehead and brush it forward. It doesn't bother me at all, even though I like hair in my face. :P

side swept bangs are great! i have them nd i love them! nd when your running for track you can use prewrap nd get them outta your face!

i have side swept bangs.. i love it.. yes it does it get in your face most of the time.. but you can do is clip them to the side or even up wit the reast of your hair while your running.. hope this helps you out.

i have bangs on the side and i like it. Yes, it gets in your face, and yea it will probably take a long time to grow out. but its not that big of a deal. If you do track, just get the bangs out of your face. But i honestly dont think it will bug you that much.

i have them.. theres not many disadvantages.. you will get used to them.. and then they will learn to stay where you put them.. you know? they get in your way only for like 2 weeks until they learn where to go.. they don't really take long to grow out.. they will prob take about 2-6 months planning on how quickly your hair grows.. most likely they will be okay in track because you could like clip them back if they get in your way etc. hope i helped! if you need antying else let me no

♥I have side bangs. I love them personally, I don't have any dis advantages. They are constantly in your face, but you get used to it. If you get annoyed, just get a bobby pin and clip them back. It depends on how fast your hair grows to tell if they will take a while to grow out. About the running, they might annoy you, but most likely not. Put your hair in a ponytail and gel the bangs back (because in ponytails the bangs stay down) and your all good. I think you should get them, they are the perfect hair accessory, they make just a boring ponytail cute.
