Hi, I need some advice on how to lose about 5 pounds by the middle of August or sooner. Please help me!!

Quit soda and try drinking 8 glasses of water a day. Don't eat as much junk food and try to eat healthier. Also, don't forget to exercise! Get up early in the morning and run and do some crunches after every meal. Good luck! ]
no crash dieting!!!! it will only come back on you worse... if you want to loose it fast.. stay away from carbs, but work them out slowly.. because youll crave them... and it's okay to have a little carb, but they can be the enemie!! LOL.. and also set yourself a goal.. walk, run, floor exercises daily can help :) ]
ok well 5 pounds isint much so just mabey take a walk a day or run or jog whatever or just go out and play a sport,swim whatever. and eat healthier. if you do a sport like soccer and you play it everyday youll lose avout 5 pounds in 1 week. i like swimming so try that it works your whole body. hope i helped. xojess ]
I would do cardio and run around.. dance. use barbells and stuff.. do that about 30 mins a day for about 3 weeks ]
go on a diet..just a little diiet maybe eat a little bit less? dont have much detail.. ]
Quit drinking soda/alochol, drink tons of water, watch what you eat (cut out things that are high in fat & sugar), & do cardio exercise!!

run a mile every morning or evening. cut your portions of food in half. work out at a gym. eat healthy. all these things will help, promise!

eat right..run...excerise..even buy a lil diet book and see some good ideas . theres a book out called the abs diet and you r suppose to loose 25 pounds in just 5 pounds so imagion how long itll take to just lose 5 !! it has everything in it..how to eat..excerise..what to eat. try it..you can get it in barns and noble or any book store or just online. or u can always try another book. lol or just try it on your own. but i sugget the abs diet..not only loose weight but ull get abs!! ]
Eat healthier and exercise. The classic combo.
I personally recommend trying DDR (Dance Dance Revolution). It is fun, and great aerobic exercise. ]
Hey! TRy doing lots of cardio excercises lik erunning/walking, jumping, bike riding, basically anything that gets your heart beating. Also, try cutting down on the snacks, junk food, soda pop, and white bread. Check out [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) for more excercises.

Me nd my friend made a deal..it was at the beginning of September..nd one of our friends was having a party September 12th..nd we both wanted to look good for it so we both tried to loose 10 lbs in like 2 weeks or w/e..we both stopped drinking soda, nd ran 1/2 a mile every day nd stopped eating between meals..in 11 days i lost 8 lbs nd she lost 9! i hope it works for you! ]
Cut back or even stop drinking soda pop. Drink as much water as you can, and stay away from eating before you go to bed. You can lose 5 pounds with water in 2 weeks at the latest! I gurantee it, iv'e done it =] You could even try some working out, as in swimming, or jogging regularly. Good Luck. Take Care.

Just try to eat healthy and exercise too. A good balance of the two should get you on the fast track to loosing weight. some tips are to eat only when your hungry to avoid fridge raids and snack cravings. also, dont think you cany eat sweets at all. you can eat them but just make sure you have healthy meals full of healthy stuff. also, for excerise, just make sure each day you have 20 min. or more. instead of watching TV or being on the computer, go bike around with a friend or walk around a park or something. also if you do watch TV, during the commercials do crunches or sit-ups or squats or something. if you do the right stuff you will loose weight and hopefully quickly!

lots of exercise and food. if u cut down on ur food to much you will slow down your matabilism and you will gain wait. eat the normal amount you have been eatin or a little more just make it a little healthier. swimming makes you lose alot of weight fast because you are having fun and it doesnt really make you tired that fast. also try playing like basketball and stuff. what ever you do dont crash diet ]
