okay the problem is when i sweat and stuff my hair gets REALLY frizzy, almost like in the movies when someone gets elecricuted! it sticks up everywhere, and everyone else has perfect hair lying flat on their head while dripping with sweat, and even the slightest bit of sweat and i turn into a puff ball or something! i have soccer tryouts tonight at 4-6 and the rest of the week, and then i have a soccer tournament saturday and sunday, does anyone have some ideas on how i can tame my hair so i dont look like i've been elctricuted while i'm playing soccer?! pleeeeeease help, this has been happening forever and i am sick of it. i rate 5's for answers that arent stupid or unhelpful. ♥

i dont know if you have curly hair or not... but for curly hair (what i have) i recommend if you want to show off the curls u should use aussie scrunch spray!! i brush out my hair when its WET and spray it on... and then scrunch it! :) hope i helped ya a lil bit

I have an OBGYN appointment next Monday @ 3 o' clock and I was just wondering what all they do because my mom told me that at first they were just going to talk to me and I wouldn't have to have a pap smear but now that she knows about me losing my virginity to my boyfriend *that I am still with* she told me that now I would have to have a pap smear...is this true? well i had my first papsmear at 14 because i was raped.. so i have had a few paps in my time.. well at first it feels a little funky.. i mean it ALWAYS just depends on the person and yes i can hurt.. its really cold sometimes too.. !! well for the pap they swab a little... with a long Qtip.. which CAN make you spot for a day or so.. but a BIOPSY is a little more painful..just so u know for the future.. they actually take off cells off the cervix.. anyways yes its kind of painful.. it was for me.. my best advice is to NOT be nervous or at least not try to be.. because it may be your first time, but they have looked at so many vaginas its just another appt. to them!! and remember always be protected... unless ur sure he's clean and your on Birth control!! :) hope i could help ya a little bit :)

hm.. well when i was younger i had bladder infections 24/7 so your symptoms sound a lot like that.. or it could possibly be a yeast infection.. if there is white discharge its a yeast infection... and don't think your dirty if you have one.. actually you can get them from being to clean... so that should make you feel good! :-p... and its not only that, if you've been sick and took antibiotics that could have something to do with it.. and you dont need to really see a doctor unless it's VERY serious.. they have over the counter medications that you dont have to pay for the dr visit and such... and don't be afraid to tell your mom or someone, it's happened to them before too!!!!

My birthday was about a week ago, and my mom gave me a Tiffany braclet (if you dont know what that is its like a 400 dollar braclet). A few days after I went to the beach with my cousins and I was wearing the braclet. We were boogyboarding in the waves and the braclet slipped off my wrist. It went with the waves. i dont know how other people do it, but i use antibactial soap and shaving cream... i put the shaving cream and shave a small area... then put the antibactial soap on that spot (dont make it soap just gel like at first) then you can either keep doing this, or keep repeating till your done then you can soap it up!! iv done this for years and have never had razor burn

no crash dieting!!!! it will only come back on you worse... if you want to loose it fast.. stay away from carbs, but work them out slowly.. because youll crave them... and it's okay to have a little carb, but they can be the enemie!! well first off you say it's cute?? but one thing i was like that at his age.. i was luckly to loose all the weight, but i still got stuck with the health problems.. he could end up with type two diabetes, heart problems, and worst of all emotional problems.. kids are mean these days and don't care about others feelings. he needs to learn to eat healthy.. maybe stop him from eating more then needed most should eat three PORTIONED meals and two snacks.. eating healthy, drinking water, and exercise should be something u could help him with... and ya know be honest and don't beat around the bush.. i know he's young but he needs to hear it from you before the teasing starts
