beachhun101 answered Saturday July 9 2005, 2:22 am: ughh probably proactiv is good for you. i have it..but im actually stopping because i barely have acne so im just switching to regular stuff. also go to the derm to find something more right for you, but for now it would work. i got it for $50 at a mall stand...you can order it off tv or usually they have them in the malls. so good luck! fatalxheart answered Saturday July 9 2005, 1:34 am: I use the repairing lotion from proactive and it works for me. I don't use anything else from proactive though. and I don't have too bad of acne either. but it depends on the person. [ fatalxheart's advice column | Ask fatalxheart A Question ]
sexyEuropeanchick answered Thursday July 7 2005, 11:53 pm: Proactive is pretty expensive because i have a friend that used to use it and it helped a little in the beginning, but she got immune to it and it didn't help her.... but it might work for u cuz it depends on the person's reactions to different chemicals and stuff....
xOchErrytWistOx answered Thursday July 7 2005, 11:18 pm: Ok, I used proactive. I would proactive like nobodys buisness. Here is what i learned from it.
DO NOT USE IF YOU DONT HAVE BAD ACNE. Why? Keep Reading..
1) My face became addicted to proactive! I never had pimples, just the occasional breakout, now my skin is rough bumpy and has more pimples.
2) It bleaches your skin, it takes the color out.
DaysGoBy answered Thursday July 7 2005, 10:34 pm: Proactive works really well BUT it's also about $40 after shipping and handling... Wal Mart actually has the same thing as proactive but it's call Ance Free (I think) and it's only $20... I used to use Proactive until I found the wal mart brand. The wal mart brand works just as well as proactive... It's be crazy for you to spend $40 when you can get the same thing for $20! Hope this helped.
DancinCutie08 answered Thursday July 7 2005, 10:28 pm: i think it seams over rated its worked for alot of people but ive figured out it doesnt work for all my acne isnt that mad like you cant tell but if u look upclose i have alot of it. also proaciv is really expensive i believe my mom pays like $60 a set that last like a month or 2 [ DancinCutie08's advice column | Ask DancinCutie08 A Question ]
HyperactiveMiss answered Thursday July 7 2005, 9:58 pm: First of all it's spelt as "Proactiv" lol. Just saying in case you look for the website and realize there is no "Proactive" website. Haha.
Proactiv might be right for you. You'll never know until you try. If it's too expensive for you to buy the whole kit I suggest you at least buy the Revitalizing Toner.
When I first used it, it gave me results worked in days! It's been years and I still use it (And my acne is no longer attacking my forehead like it used to years ago). I'm just telling you this so you can know that it has worked on someone. It won't work with everyone, but I definitely recommend you try it. Karen answered Thursday July 7 2005, 9:17 pm: Yes, Proactiv would help with your acne. You can either get Proactiv by its comercial on TV and calling the number or you can buy it at your local mall but some malls may not have it. It costs under $40.00.
