I am the person who loves to be creative and unique. I like doing my own thing..as long as its different from everyone else. But A LOT of people tend to copy me. From buying the same outfits as me..to..copying my profiles, quotes, ideas, etc. I know it's supposed to be a compliment. But like i said, i just like being original and dont want anyone copying me or ripping off my stuff. Any suggestions on how I should deal with this?

everytime they copy your outfit add something or do something with your outfit that makes it look totally different or you could order clothes from around the US from ebay or something

well first of all i know how you feel. but if you think about it if everyone is copying you that means your cool and they love you. try getting clothes from around the world on ebay or something that know one has seen before. you can rip or make some knew clothes with your old clothes that dont fit anymore. get a tie and make it a belt. just try to find clothes and stuff that is new or really old of from a different country. hope i can help and if you really want to be different people will no.

i think you should straight let them know how you feel... i mean dont say it in a mean way or anything, just let them know that you would rather have you own style and that you dont want people to copy you or your stuff... and if you cant tell them straight out, then just hint at them like if your shopping with them or something and they want to buy the sams shirt as you, be like hmm i dont want anyone to wear the same clothes as me, i would rather have my own unique style... hope this helps :)

well.. you can`t really do much about it!? Yeahh, i hate when people copy me too, but, i get over it, and i know that they just do it because they like my style & stuff, like you said before. I guess you could try doing things differently.. wear something that`s not really commonly found in store, for all of your quotes, profiles, and ideas, try trademarking them, with the TM sign, becuase under law, if you have that sign, it`s yours and no one, NO ONE, is allowed to take it. Find a different creativity spark, something ingenius, but still keep to yourself, you know?

Do things, use quotes, and wear clothes that people won't want to copy. And even then some people will still do so, just not as many.
Reality is, if anybody sees you doing something new, it will, in some way, be copied.

Grr,that must be VERY annoying, well you no you are original and the people who copy you know your the original,they admire you and such,just think "they cant think of good ideas like me..." or just be flattered by it. Just change your outfits frequesntly,maybe go to a store that people dont know about..and maybe if you go on a vacation you could get clothes,so they couldnt possibly copy you!Unless they're obbsessed.. :-/. But yeah people used to copy me to try new styles and different things,and maybe keep switching around..some people will stick to others things and you can move on.
