Is it possible to lose 10-20 pounds by July 20? If so, can someone please give me some tips? Thank you in advance.

Of course its possible!But always do it in a healthy way.Eat nothing but fruits and vegetables (fresh, not canned) and nothing to drink except water and green tea for 2 weeks and I guarantee you'll lose 20 pounds:-) it works for me and my friends. ]
well.. there is this one diet called The Chinese diet. my mom used it to loose her baby weight from my younger brother. In the morning you have like a black cofee or tea with sugar sub. or non. then about an hour u have a hard boiled egg. and for lunch and dinner you have extremly high protiene like tuna chicken salmon beef fish. that kinda protiene. for snacks you could have cottage cheese and plain lowfat yogurt. its an extremyly high protine diet and you cant have sugar sweets fruiets and most veggies. if you go on the diet really strickly you can loose 2 pounds a day [what my mother lost wen she went on it]. but you should only go on for 6 days unless its extremly unhealthy for your body. //hope it helps//

yes it is possible for sure
1. run everyday morning or night
2 eat healthy foods like salads lots of fruits and vegie
3. drink lots of water lots and lots
4. do crunchies and sit ups ect. everynight

Drink at least one cup of water with each meal. Drink a cup of green tea whenever you get hungry outside of meal time. And if you really want to lose weight, cut about 500 calories from your diet, so you can either count calories or drop a meal. I prefer to drop one and eat the other two meals just like before. I would try and drop dinner, if you can, and eat a late lunch. If you can't do that, just skip lunch. This is basically my diet, plus I run 5 miles on mondays wednesdays and fridays, 4 miles on tuesdays and thursdays. But I run track, which is why I do all that. I went from 124 ilb to 106 over the course of a few months. Good luck. ]

StaRting with the obvious.. exeRcise. Jogging and bicycle Riding will do WONDERS foR you!!! Don't foRget jump Roping. And if you'd like to tone youR ass and thighs, leg lifts aRe just the ticket. And lighting weights [doesn't have to be heavy, even if 3 pounds] will help slim down youR biceps IMMENSLY!! And of couRse the obvious sit ups foR youR tummie.
Also, pRoviding you cut out the EXTREMELY unhealthy foods, such as WHITE bRead [substitute it with wheat], cake pRoducts, ice cReam, hambuRgeRs, and soda... [if you'Re used to consuming A LOT of it] you can see a MAJOR diffeRence the fiRst two weeks, ALONE. My fRiend did it.. and we weRe both shocked to all hell!

As you pRobably alReady know, it's best to eat SEVERAL SMALL poRtions a day. Say, have an apple and a piece of cheese, two houRs lateR have a few cRakeRs, and an houR lateR have one piece of wheat toast, and so on and so foRth, ya know??? Little intakes of food like that givs youR body time to digest it pRopeRly. You see how that's betteR than eating one oR two huge meals a day... because it takes too long to catch up, and it can not buRn the caloRies quick enough, and then just quits, adding body fat.
But of couRse weight loss takes time.... you just have to stay committed, and have the dRive to keep it up. TRy to keep youRself busy... and sleep as often as possible... these things keep youR mind busy and off food. I can't Really say how long it will take; I suppose that diffeRs fRom peRson to peRson. It Really just depends on how much weight you'Re looking to shed. I'd say you could lose 10 to 20 pounds in a month; that's veRy possible.

Step 1. Realize you are totally fat and repulsive.
Step 2. Stick your finger down your throat.
Step 3. Repeat step 2 until you lose weight or die. ]
"portionize" your food.
Drink just water with everything.
Dont eat at night and if you do fruit or a bowl of cerel a small one.
And finally exercise daily.
With just drinking water you can loose up to 5lbs a week.

I do low carb and it works wonders, No bread, no fruit, no sugars. Russel Sotver candies are great for sugar cravings. Eat lots of protein, chicken eggs bacon beef ham. Any green veggie and tomatoes are okay as long as you don't eat to many. Cheese is also a good thing to eat lots of. Keep your carb intake to 20-25 carbs a day and you will see the pounds roll off.
