just cut back on your food intakes, n eat less snacks and fattening food.
eat healthier food like from subways instead of fast food joints.
if you eat 3 servings of dairy products a day, it'll help you lose more weight than if you were to just cut back on calories.

I joined a swim team and swam an hour a day for practice and I think thats helped. Also, before you do any exercising drink orange juice ( trust me I saw it on Food Network) the orange juice has some sorta stuff in it that helps burning fat easier! Exercise atleast 20/30 min. *you can devide it up like 10 min in the morning etc.* Too make it easier!
I've kept this up for a little over a month and im about 10 pounds less and I feel great!!

distinguishable answered Monday June 20 2005, 5:36 pm: What do you eat now? If you take in a lot of junk food, you definitely need to cut down on that. Just keep telling yourself to stay determined no matter what, and you'll feel a lot better that you didn't pick up the bag of potato chips. If you drink a lot of soda right now, try eliminating that from your diet. If you absolutely can't, at least try reducing because there are absolutely no nutrients, just empty calories and sugar in a can of pop. Make sure you still eat though, because if you don't, your body will start eating up your muscle for fuel, and then you'll feel even more groggy than usual. Try eating about six or seven SMALLER meals instead of three large ones. This helps boost your metabolism. Also, drink a lot of water, and stay hydrated. Whenever you drink, make sure the fluid is cold because then your body has to work and get rid of a lot more calories in order to bring the fluid up to your normal body temperature. Exercise, even if it's hard. If you drive, park far away from the grocery store so you have to walk a little while. Try taking strolls around your neighborhood, or even riding your bike places. You'll feel a lot better about yourself. It may not be easy to lose five or six pounds in a short week, but you'll be a lot healthier and lose at least some weight if you follow these guidelines for a while. flimsypaperdoll answered Monday June 20 2005, 5:11 pm: run every single day, for about 45 minutes because at 30 minutes, the fat burning begins. drink lots of water, cut out excessively fattening things, mostly eat things that are negative calorie foods (fruits, veggies, etc). wear black, that definitely gives the effect of losing a couple of pounds, wear vertical stripes.

My fRiend did it.. and we weRe both shocked to all hell! But of couRse weight loss takes time.... you just have to stay committed, and have the dRive to keep it up. TRy to keep youRself busy... and sleep as often as possible... these things keep youR mind busy and off food. I can't Really say how long it will take; I suppose that diffeRs fRom peRson to peRson. It Really just depends on how much weight you'Re looking to shed. I'd say you could lose 10 to 20 pounds in a month; that's veRy possible. Goodluck to you!! I wish you the best!! Hopefully I've been of some sort of help heRe!! =D [ Mackenzie's advice column | Ask Mackenzie A Question ]
