yeah you can.. but i always take it on when i have to go #2 hahaha. but just make sure that you don't leave your tampon in for long periods of time.. my friend got toxic shock from having a tampon in too long and almost died!! well hope i helped.

hey sorry this has taken me so long to answer!! when you put on your eyeliner try to make it somewhat thicker.. but not too think! if you use a bright eyeshadow, like a teal or creme then the colors will accentuate your eyes more and they will look bigger and be more noticable! for your blush i would use a soft red.. that always looks great on tan skin! well hope i helped xoxo

hey hun, my good friend is on weight watchers.. she doesnt take the classes or anything.. but she has a book that tells you how many points you can have a day and everything in order to loose weight and shed pounds fast! just go to your nearest weight watchers and ask them for the weight watchers book! my friend lost 4 pounds in like 5 days! it works amazinggg! well hope i helped you!!

DPM stands for a doctor of podiatry medicine.. which is like a foot doctor.. an MD is higher because it is a medical doctor and an DPM is actually a doctor just for feet.. my mom told me .. shes a nurse! haha.. hope i helped!

put hott water on it as long as you can stand it! that will dry up the scab! or you can go to the store and get the clearasil 3 day thing that takes ur zits away really fast! also dont put any makeup or anything with oil near or on that zit! it will clog your pores and make more zits come or just make it longer for that one zit to disappear!! well.. hope i helped

Um i always get cold sores like always ill have on for about a week and a half and then the next day or two ill have another one and i dont know what to do there bothering me I CANT STAND THEM!! is there anything i can buy to help pervent them or something they hurt i just need them to go away!!!

well..what really works the best is if you take a cup of luke warm water and put about a teaspoon of salt into the cup and mix it up and then swish it around in your mouth for as long as you can stand it! i know that it sounds crazy but it seriously works awesome! my mom is a nurse and she told me that one! haha it will be cleared up in no time! well i hope i helped .. please rate

umm i love wearing plaid skirts with tan colored boots a little below the knee and a cute sweater! umm wearing loose capris with a lowcut polo and a cute lace cami to match with it is so cute!.. just a vintage tee with some cute colorful bangle bracelates to match(american eagle has some really cute ones) nd ripped jeans with a cute cloth belt.. a sweater with a long sleved plaid shirt under it and pull the collar over the outside of the sweater with a skirt and some cute heels.. not too high just a little higher than 1 inch or so!..also a cute quarter length white shirt with a long skirt.. very colorful skirt .. and just some cute colored ribbon on your neck for a necklace and same for your bracelates! well i hope i helped!

well..i would reccomend a clear sparkly gloss with a tint of a sort of dark pinkish color since your skin is tan and the sparklish will just make ur lips more noticable.. i would say for your eyes to use a bright color like a or bright yellow or blue! and then outline the shadow depending on which shade you use with a softer color of that kind of eyeshadow.. for eyeliner since your eyes are brown i would probably say a dark brown or black which would shape your eyes more and bring out the dark brown in them.. for your blush i would reccomend a soft pink since your skin is tan and it will most likely show up more! well i hope that helped..please rate
