If you are under 18 the only test to see if you are ready for having any form of sexual contact is to see if you can drink a full glass of liquid pipe cleaner in under 30 seconds.

If you're questioning whether you're ready, then you probably aren't. It's sort of a big step, so you must be REALLY sure. Also 13 is quite young but that differs for everyone i suppose.

Wow, 13 is way too young to even be thinking about doing anything THAT sexual with a guy. But, when it comes to stuff like that it's all a matter of opinion. In my opinion you are way too young and shouldn't be putting your mouth over a guys penis to pleasure him. Save that stuff until you are much older and when you are in a more serious and commited relationship. And asking US if you are ready, is not something for us to determine. Are you ready? Are you going to want to take the risks of doing sexual things like that? I personally think that giving a guy a blowjob is the most disgusting thing a girl can do. I am not a virgin, and my boyfriend and I have done many things. But the day he asks me to put my mouth on his penis I will dump his ass even after 13 months of dating. But if it something YOU want to do and something YOU think you're ready to do, then do it. But at such a young age, I wouldn't reccomend it.

Giving oral sex means you can get STDs. I'm sure you know that. Do you really want to risk that just to pleasure a guy? If you don't know if you're ready you're definitely not ready, no doubt about that. I mean, you're asking an online advice site if you're ready. You're only thirteen. Why don't you enjoy life as it is and not make it even more complicated? I'm 15 and I wouldn't even think about doing oral.
