emotional bombs are being thrown at me!!!
ok, well all my friends have secrets. Everyone does.. right? well i dont know why but EVERYONE tells me their problems and secrets, sometimes it can be something really small that i can stand like "i like _____" but sometimes they're REALLY big like "i've been raped! dont tell anyone!". Now i'm really popular when it comes to friends so i'm holding ALL of THEIR secrets! one of these days i'm gonna combust and tell everyone all these secrets. I want to be there for my friends, but i dont want to go crazy holding everyone thought, secrets, and personal problems. What do i do?!

tell your friends how you feel. be happy that you are trusted and that people respect you and knwo that your a good lsitener but you need to tell them that you cant take it anymore and that you arent a secert holder 4 them. hope this helps.

First off, congrats on being trustworthy. That's a great quality in friends and something everyone looks for. You'll go far socially.
However, sometimes it's just too much. If people keep coming to you, calmy tell them that you have a lot on your mind and as much as you'd like to help, their problems might add some un-needed stress. Suggest a diary. If they want input, suggest www.opendiary.com, where they can get input and advice as well as give it.
If your friends do have a huge problem, like, "I've been d," don't just sit there! This is a situation where you have to tell! Don't betray their trust right away, though. Tell them that they need to tell an right away. What happens if they get pregnant? If they still don't tell, call their parents. Explain that your friend asked you to keep it secret, but that you're worried. Your friend may be really angry at you for a while, but someday they'll be greatful.

What you should do is write it down in a diary. You won't have to show it to anyone, and the stress is on paper instead of inside of you. Hide it somewhere really clever that nobody would think of. And DON'T bring it to school. If there are secrets that you know that will possibly involve physical and emotional scarring or harm, then tell an adult right away. You're letting the abuse go on if you don't tell anyone about your friend.

ok you have been born with those stuff... people telling you weird stuff that you dont want to hear. and let me tell ya. people do that to me too. i mean this boy told me about how ants got in his pants and his teacher had to scratch it out of his butt crack... i mean his a friend but what the heck is that!
and i DOOOO have big big mouth. but you gotta think before you open your mouth. and when they tell you something big. before they tell, that you cant promise not to tell if its something really bad such as RAPE! ok...

o wow thats gotta be tough. well you are lucky they trust you so much! i generrally have to find out from someone i know will tell...yeah real secretive. i dont tell the secretee that i know, i put it in my journal so i can just forget about it and i have it there for reference. try that, it works for me. <3

Just be honest with your friends just tell them that you are always going to be there for them no matter what but you dont want to be the one holding all of there secrets.Just tell them how you feel.. but then again it should make you feel special because they can come to you no matter what .. ok i understand that its alot to hold but if you still want to be friends with these kids then do go blowing all of their secrets they would hate so much ...trust thats happended i did what youre about to do and they drop u and get another lame geek to hang out with them so it looks like someone took your place...the best thing to do is tell them to tell you no more secrets because one day one might slip out...its not going to on purpose but with all the secrets you tell me i cant hold them in anymore.

Well, firstly.. take it as a good thing. It means people trust you. xP But I guess it can get too much sometimes.. so encourage your friends to talk to others about it instead of just you. Tell them that they shouldn't just tell everything to one person - it's good to get other people's perspectives as well.
