It's a perfectly natural thing to do and you shouldn't be embarrased or think it's bad or anything.

Anyway, masturbating is only a sin if you're a bible-toting, "the bible is the end-all and be-all" Christian. (No offense, Christians) If you don't consider it a sin, then it isn't a sin. Masturbation is certainly not a bad thing. It's mostly just for pleasure, and most people do masturbate. It's totally normal and okay unless YOU feel that it's a bad thing.
It's really an opinion thing.
