you shouldn't care about what other people think... I don't. It matters about what YOU think of a guy... not what everybody else WANTS you to think about him. That's wrong for you to break up with someone just because nobody else thinks what you do... you're a very nice person to care about him and like him and hopefully, you're there for him. There must be a reason for everybody to not like him. Whatever it is, you like him no matter what!

If you like him, why should you care about what other people think? If you have doubts about staying with him, chances you are, you don't care about him as much as you thought. So decide now whether you really like him or not. If you have true strong feelings for him, you will not care what other people think about him and you will not care if they laugh at you. The longer you wait the more you will hurt him, and I'm sure you wouldn't want to do that to him.
