yes, it's the female condom, which is 95% effective. I think the male should wear the male condom instead of the female wearing the female condom, because male condoms are more effecive (98%) and they're cheaper. A female condom is harder to use, less effective and more expensive and harder to find.

yes, either a femidom or a diaphragm. when a female visits her gyno, she can get fitted for a diaphragm. a diaphragm is different because it stays in for a long period of time and is personally fitted, whereas the femidom works just like a condom does.

Actually, these people are wrong. There are FEMALE condoms. As far as I know, people don't use them commonly, but they do exist and some people wear them.

Girls really don't have penises, so no, they can't wear condoms. Unless they magically grow a penis, and cum shoots out of it when you masturbate, then yes a girl could wear one. Other than that, I really don't think they can. Boys have the penis, boys wear the condom.
