theirs this boy and he wants to go out with me for the 28th time.i really like him but i jus know he is gonns dump me again for a dmumb reason. i dont know what to do.

I guess it depends on how much you like him. A person can only be hurt by another for so long before they just give up. I think if you decide to go out with him you need to let him know that.
I really don't know why he thinks its going to work on the 29th try. Why don't you ask him that?

GO GO Go i mean dont give him ANY reason to dump you and if he does dump you then hes a jerk and tell him that if you really like him go for it you dont know how many people really like someone and they dont like them back your really lucky give him a chance

If someone hurts you once, you might consider getting back together with him if he apologizes and has a plausible excuse and can convince you that it was a fluke or mistake. But if he hurts you twice, then forget him. Don't give him another chance. There is something more important than a relationship here, and that's your dignity and pride. You don't have to be rude to him, or be enemies with him, but keep well away from any kind of emotional relationship with him.

well theres a good and bad side to this.
1) you really like him, and everyone deserves a second chance. He might not have been thinking when he broke up with you the first time. I gave my boyfriend 2 chances and im happy as anything right now.
2)On the other hand, he hurt you. if you really think hes going to do it again, dont do it. But you never know, and like i said, everyone deserves a second chance.
