do girls like it when guys write poetry for them? cuz i wanted to do something different this time and iono if she will liek it, i really try, but its really cheesy. =/

depends on what the girl is like. if shes like shy and sweet looking and acting shell probably like it. but if shes like a big show-offy 'bad' girl then she might not. hope i helped

i think poetry is so sweet! but don't say "roses are red, violets are blue"...that is cheesy.....if you talk to one of her friends, or have a girl friend, ask her to read it and comment on it...it wont hurt to try!!!

That'd be sooo sweet! I know that just about any girl with any sense would appreciate that! Even if it is cheesy, that shows you care. :) And showing you care is super awesome. I bet she'd really, really like it. I can almost promise that even if it's the worst poetry in the whole world, if you wrote it especially for her, she'll love it. Trust me, that's awesome. And if you wanted to get some "good" poetry (and give her yours!) then you could find some sweet love poetry on the internet, plus yours, and put it on some nice paper either typed or in nice handwriting and give it to her. That's really sweet, really nice, and it shows you really love her. It's okay if it's cheesy. Cheesy is in the eye of the beholder, just as beauty is. Trust me, if you give it your all and tell her how you feel in song or verse, she'll appreciate it.

i think a poem would really win the girls heart. i personally cant write a poem but i love it being read to me or sent to me. it isnt the quality of the poem it is the thougt and meaning of the poem. hope this helps you out.

YESSSS!!! its so sweet when guys do that. cuz it shows that the guy is really thinking about her and he came up with this all on his own. your girl may start crying but they are happy tears!! :-)

some girls think its sweet..but, sadly, most think it is cheesy. i have had a boy read a poem he wrote to me and it was just awkwards cause i had to stand there and smile while he read it and then comment on it at the end and it was just..weird. although i do think it's romantic when guys write good poetry but aren't open about it...but that's unrelated.

Poems are good! :-) But really it depends on the girl... If she likes poetry, she'll probably love it... And chances are she'll probably love it anyway just for you doing it for her! How's the poem go? :-)
