Some great non-meat foods with protein are peanut butter, nuts, cottage cheese, yogurt, milk, and eggs. All are healthy, tasty (in my opinion), and a great source of protein.

Well are you a vegetarian, or a vegan? If you are a vegetarian, then you can eat beans and eggs. If you don't consider fish to be meat, then you could eat that too. They have plenty of protien.

Try feeding off the tears of the meat packing industry. Now that you have insulted their product by saying the taste is bad.

Im sure how much protien is in disgrace and sorrow, but im sure theres at least a bit.
