hey jemmy,
well thats a really great choice not to start cutting! ok there are several ways you can relieve stress...1.) use a stress ball 2.)dance, sing anything you can do with music ((should be happy)) 3.)hang with friends 4.)write something ((your feelings or whatever)) 5.) sleep for a bit 6.) just drop everything and just sit qietly ((that helps some people...might not with you)) 7.)talk to someone 8.)get involved with something 9.)do some sports ((that way your mind is concentrating on something else)) 10.) watch "happy" or any type of movie 11.) try to do one thing at a time ((usually helps))
well i hope these can help you a little, if you want anymore suggestions, just let me know.

Well i think taking a nice quiet bath would help because it takes off the stress off and your just relaxing. DONT CUT, it just brings pain. If its a nice day outside go gett two chairs or if you have a hamock go lay down in the sun and write a story or read a book( you can do that in your bedroom if its cold outside)

I think if you just make a point of setting aside some time to be spent completely on youRself, it would be most helpful. TRy doing whateveR makes you happie! FoR instance, foR me.. my life is music, so I cRank up my steReo and staRt belting out song afteR song. I find that this woRks foR me eveRytime and even puts me in my cheeRiest mood all day. So if you like to paint... PAINT... if you like fashion, tRy mixing and matching things in youR closets to foRm new outfits. Also, you could tRy meditating, that helps many people Relax and Relief stRess, and keep it off too!! I hope eveRything woRks out, and hopefully I've been of some help heRe!!

first off, dont resort to cutting because the people that do that are dumb and striving for attention. what i do when im really stressed out, in which i am almost all the time, is i exercise, and it really works. ill just put on some gym shorts and tennis shoes and go out and exercise. it is much more rewarding than anything else because along with relieving stress, you also tone your muscles so you can be physically fit and go out for sports or just look good for the ladies.

you can sleep and when you wake up you'll feel better, you can take a bath with the lights off but with a lot of candles that smell good and with soft relaxing music. you can also scream as loud as you can, punch your bed or your pillow, stomp on the ground and stuff.
if you need any more advice IM me on BuBbLeTrOuBLe59

my best stress reliever is kick boxing. get yourself in comfy clothes and your fav. music on with ur door closed so that your shut out from the world and kick and punch with all your might, picturing yourself just kicking all the stress you have in ur life's ass. not only is it greatc for your body but you feel strong and capable after, like you can face anything. at least that is the result for me.

Okay. I know what it is like to cut your self. I've done it. It doesnt hurt if you really have a reason to,and if you don't, you will feel pain. What I would do is take a piece of paper and write down all your problems. Then, BURN IT!
It helps me alot. If you cut yourself once, you get addicted...just like a drug. SO w/e you do, DON'T cut, just be cool, and do that paper thingy. OR>> you can talk to a TRUSTED FRIEND and listen to what she/he ahs to say.

I really hope this helps.

*p.s. cutting gives you scars. And you can't get rid of them, especially if you cut your arms or wrist.

God Bless.
