Now, I'm a rather overly-cautious person so i'd make damn sure he feels the same way before i go about flirting. But some people are more confident than others, so:
If you don't to kiss him first, instead you want him to iniate things - it's all about drawing attention to yourself, making him druel. Wear lip gloss, it makes your lips look pouty. Or when you're talking to him, playfully run your fingers across your bottom lip (nonchalantly of course).

Well if he doesn then you should give him some signs so he knows you want to too! Just hold his hand and like rub his arms or back and be really flirty...
gaze into his eyes and look down at his lips...i know it sound weird but it works...and even if he doesnt kiss you...you should go for it...you will never know unless you do it..and he will probably like the way you take the first step...

so you know he likes you that’s good, Unfortunately I cant make him kiss you (I wish!) but I have some ideas! first your going to have to hang out with him. If your with a group of friends have a someone dare you two to kiss...
BUT if your not Into that I suggest that you just kiss him. possibly hang out together(like go to the movies or hang at someone’s house) and then, when the moments right(which you’ll now) kiss him! Think of it this way: You can spend your whole like waiting for something to happen, or you can make it happen now.

well, first of all thank you. hmmm...if you think he likes you you might try asking him out, but you might not be that sure or ready for that. i'd suggest flirting more, it may be that he does want to kiss you, but he doesn't want to make a fool of himself, if you flirt with him it might tell him that you like him too. once you flirt notice how he flirts back and if he flirts back. is it genuine flirting or is it just to be polite? let him know you like him too, subtley if you want to. once you are comfortable enough you might want to ask him out, or just kiss him. he'll probably come around before then, though. hope i helped.

erm lol im not really good at these things but just put your head on his shoulder and hug him or something youve gota find the right moment so if you feel it is then go for it give him a little kiss first and then build up 2 a snog dont make him feel nervous or put off and if he really doesnt want to then your gonna have to wait till hes ready im afraid if you cant wait then get rid of him and find someone that aint as stiff as an ironing board lol sori i dont think he will pull away though cause uasually its the guys that make the first move but if he is shy make him feel relaxed hoped ive helped
