LiSaxOBaBii answered Friday May 6 2005, 7:44 pm: Believe it or not, even if someone's cold sore comes in contact with your gentials that would be considered gential herpes.My science teacher just went over it and to my surprise, cold sores are a form of herpes.If you touch some type of herpes and it comes in contact with your genitals yes you are going to get it, so be careful.
