Daisy answered Friday May 6 2005, 10:14 am: When I needed to lose some weight but still remain healthy I took up these few things:
1. Drank 2 litres of water a day. Sometimes when you think you are hungry you are actually thirsty.
2. Do 25 mins of excercise a day be it walking fast or jogging.
3.Try and eat your dinner by 7.30 pm and try not to have carbs at dinner. If you go to bed on a full stomach your body will not digest fully before it starts going into sleep mode so will store it as fat.
Hope I have helped! [ Daisy's advice column | Ask Daisy A Question ]
x0CheniseLynn0x answered Thursday May 5 2005, 9:19 pm: Thats lame. People shouldn't say that. If you feel that you're not fat then you should just go with that.People in life will try to put you down and all you can do is live with it and go by what you know. I wouldn't pay attention to them, Just keep exercising everyday ,not everyone fits the "mold" and it wasnt meant to be that way. If your happy with your size and you feel okay with yourself than dont care about what others say about you. [ x0CheniseLynn0x's advice column | Ask x0CheniseLynn0x A Question ]
lilshorty09 answered Thursday May 5 2005, 8:00 pm: as long as you are comfortable with yourself..who really cares what other people think!!! you dont have to be skinny to look good!!! dont become anerexic...that would be stupid. [ lilshorty09's advice column | Ask lilshorty09 A Question ]
SurpriseYourself answered Thursday May 5 2005, 7:32 pm: you shouldnt feel pressure to be thin, if your friends are super skinny then thats what they are, its good that you feel pretty happy about your body, and feeling confidence makes you look even better than your friends do, i know that sounds really gay but it really is true, and keeping yourself healthy is all that matters, remember that comercial, pencil thin is out, healthy bodies are in, [ SurpriseYourself's advice column | Ask SurpriseYourself A Question ]
vermillion26 answered Thursday May 5 2005, 7:13 pm: if you dont think you're fat then thats all that matters. you don't have to live up to someone elses standards of what you're supposed to look like. i have many really skinny friends and sometimes i do feel a little selfconcious around them, but think about it, would you really want to be THAT skinny? i wouldn't. you dont have to look like a model (those girls look sick). if you really want to lose weight you seem to be on the right path. try to eat heathly ( don't go over board, like not allowing yourself anycarbs becuase thats NOT heathly) and exercize (agian, don't go overboard.) if you are happy with yourself then the people who call you fat can screw off. they are clearly not the kind of people you wan to concern yourself with. as long as you like you thats all that matters.
Kr4z3y_Ch3lly answered Thursday May 5 2005, 7:11 pm: dude if you dont think your fat then DO NOT CHANGE! do NOT lisen to what people say about you..im sure your not fat what so ever...the thing i hate is that people think anorexic skinny is perfect now these days..people with curves are much more attractive to guys anyways so DO NOT CHANGE PLEASE!! dont lisen to them babe!
frenchfries21 answered Thursday May 5 2005, 6:59 pm: you dont need to listen to what other people are saying about you. lose weight because you want to, not because someone else thinks your fat. try to do crunches daily, run, and drink lots of water. good luck with losing weight.
