Q: My grandfather commited suicide in April of this year. And it seems I can't cope with it. I was suicidal for a while and i have been battleing depression. I just feel like I can't be emotional about it because I have to be strong for my family, especially my mother. and none of my friends understand. I guess where I'm needing advice is I was wondering how i can bring the topic up with my best friend where she will listen to me and let me vent instead of turning it around about herself. and is that even the best way to cope with the problem i am having with not being open with it? or should I just continue what I am doing and try my hardest to stay strong?

Well you do need to stay strong but I write peoms and my thoughts and feelings down on paper. Maybe you should do that and talk to your mom cuz shes feeling the same way and you guys need to be there for each other and talking about it helps with the pain even if you do cry or hurt its better than keeping it all inside

Q: some people think that i'm fat but i dont think so. i mean i watch what i eat, and excersice daily. But, i cant lose weight. and i have a lot of friends who are super skinny, and they make me feel fat. what should i do, because i want to look more skinny i just dont want to me anerexic.

Well, don't stress yourself out about it to bad. Maybe you could go to Curves or something like that. I wouldn't worry about it to much. I mean you are what you are and you should be happy with that

Tell him that you guys really care about the cat and that you'll take care of it and keep your word. And if he doesn't let you keep it give it to some one who will take good care of it or to someone who lives close to you.That way you can still see it. Hope I helped

well instead of drinking coffe or diet coke every morning you could take a hot shower to wake you up thats what I do.But I'm really not sure how to get over it besides drinking something else and trying your best to stay away from it

Q: ok well my dad is an alcholic and he drinks like every night and like a month ago he got pulled over for drunk driving he is in jail now and gets out in a few monthes! but before he went in he would always hit me and my family (not my mom tho)!! it gets me upset and dont no what to do!! and he only hits us when he isnt drunk so its either hes drunk or really mean does ne one no n e thing i can do w/o my mom knowing cuz she would freak if she found out that i tell ppl!! ~kel

My dad drinks alot too. But I really think that you should talk to your mom and see about getting your dad help with his drinking problem and with hitting you and you family. Or you could sit down with your dad when he gets out and talk to him about his problems

well don't listen to what others say about you define yourself and stick up for yourself by leting them know it doesn't hurt you even if it does, maybe you should take you bookbag or a book or what ever you can grab as long as it doesn't like kill anyone and use it. Just hit them in the face or just where ever and let them know you won't take it cuz dude I've been there and you don't have to take it.
