LoveNJstyle answered Sunday April 24 2005, 10:17 am: [scream] i hate when that happens! avoid drinking too much water. that wont help you at all. before soccer, go out for a light jog (after stretching a bit, of coarse) so youll be ready to play or practice. try doing situps or light ab-working excersizes b4 you run...it helps me. just keep goin and dont give up! <3 [ LoveNJstyle's advice column | Ask LoveNJstyle A Question ]
o0xbrianna answered Saturday April 23 2005, 8:56 pm: Start out small. Don't run too fast and too much. Your body isn't used to it. Start off slow! Also, be sure not to eat like prior to running, that can give you cramps too!
pinkizpimpin24 answered Saturday April 23 2005, 7:45 pm: hey!! You are getting those craps and getting out of breath easily becuase you are not used to running a lot. Once you get used to it, and the more you run and run it will go away, i know it really sucks but it will get better the more and more that you run and eventually it will go away, dont worry its not anything serious lol. The same thing happended to me. But now I run so much in PE that i don't get out of breath or get those bad cramps. Hope I helped! Good luck babe. xOx.Lauren [ pinkizpimpin24's advice column | Ask pinkizpimpin24 A Question ]
Ana21 answered Saturday April 23 2005, 6:47 pm: try doing it more often. if you get tired easily that means youre out of shape. and for the cramps, take a pain reliever before you go run. keep running, and every time you do it, make it a little longer. hope i helped!

Brunette27 answered Saturday April 23 2005, 6:37 pm: Jess,
Make sure you don't eat right before you run. Also, practice running more often and your body will get used to it so you don't get tired as fast! [ Brunette27's advice column | Ask Brunette27 A Question ]
Karen answered Saturday April 23 2005, 6:35 pm: When you start off, don't sprint or use that much energy at first. That will help you not get tired easily. As for the cramps, drink water before you run/play soccer and breath properly, as in the way you are supposed to breath while running. Try stretching before running also and that will help.
