FunnyCide answered Sunday April 3 2005, 12:40 am: I would assume so.. because if it's not normal, then both of my cats are abnormal. I have a male and a female cat, and both are heavy droolers. I believe that when the cat is happy, it's being petted or whatever, the cat's salivary glads work overtime. (why, I do not know.) This excess saliva cannot be controled, thus, the drooling. Don't worry, Jack loves you!

feverdancer03 answered Sunday April 3 2005, 12:31 am: to tell you the truth, I have never really seen a cat drool...your cat jack is very interesting to me. Maybe one of his teeth is bothering him, or is like hurting. I just know when a baby drools a lot its because his teeth are growing and hurt....(not comparing babies to a cat) lol. It was just a thought. If it countinues...take it to the vet...make sure he had water out for him.....Hope i helped! [ feverdancer03's advice column | Ask feverdancer03 A Question ]
