Invite them over and tell them you want to show them a new random thing. Tell them the random thing is in a back room of your house and when they go in to look, shove a grizzly in the room and lock the door.

Im doing a few things this year:
1) Me and my boyfriend are telling his mom that he got me pregnant! (dont worry...im a virgin, but its a joke). You can tell your friends that and freak them out a little. Think of things to follow it up with, add in that you are having an abortion. Be creative! LOL =)
2) I'm telling my best friend that my parents are making me go to a military camp and I have to leave the school I'm currently in now, and won't have any contact with her. SHE'S GONNA FREAK!!
3) I'm answering any phone calls to my house "911..Whats your emergency??"
4) I'm having my mom call any other friend other than my best friend and telling them that I'm in the emergency room in critical condition due to an allergic reaction to chicken liver.
I think you'll be better off saying things about yourself to get them worried a little bit, instead of hurting them.

Hey, I posted these ideas for someone else who asked this, so maybe these ideas will help you too!
look what I've done in the past:
1. Wear a wig to school [haha, I have brown hair and I wore red long wavy and they were like WHAT DID YOU DO?]
2. Fake oreos that are really chocolate - They sell molds for them or they might be sold in a candy store near you. They always fool people, some don't even know until they eat them!
3. Fake food - made of chocolate- There's a site that sells it, I think chocolatecreations.com or something, but obviously I think it'd be too late to order- they have little tv dinners that are purely chocolate that you could bring to lunch.
4. Get that sparkling jello mix or w/e its called, and make it in champagne glasses! It looks like champagne until you go to TRY to sip it, then the jokes on them.
5. Just be silly. Make jokes like "Oh my god, what is on your shirt?" when there not expecting it. It's basically the oldest trick in the book, but if they aren't paying much attention, they will fall for it.

1. Forking their lawn (Buying hundreds of plastic forks and putting them all over in their grass area)
2. Saran Wrap their car or anything else you can think of. You know the plastic wraps, get different colors (pink blue green red) and have fun wrapping! (You could use foil i think)
3. Buying hundreds of little fuzzy-sticky colorful balls and sticking them all over the car.
4. What is your friends worse fear? Buy fake plastic (whatever their fears are, for example..spiders) and put them in their room.
My friends all did these and their pretty good! sorry if I didnt help much !

the 'ol wasp in the ice cube is great, you can get one of those at Spencer's. Also, invisible ink is pretty funny, spill it on them, they et mad, but it soon disapears! haha.
