does the hotel have a security guard that u could borrow? if so use him and have a guest list...otherwise, pay a security guard or family member to do the guest list...worked for me! have fun!!!

I've got the adive for you dear. I have had many hotel parties to brilliantly answer this question. Have your party be a private party make a list of the people you want to come that are good party starters and that keep the party going and send out invitations. Also when you send out invitations people will know what to wear, if to bring a gift, or if they can "bring other people." It also lets them know it's your party and the attention is all on you! Make sure at the party that everyone does make you the center of attention because if it was a having this party I would make it a impossible thing to let anyone else steal away my party that was all about me. Ihope you know to order a DJ to. Don't be so none open mined when it comes to the music too. All these people that you are about to invite all do have different opinions(just saying).

ok, there are many ways to stop unwanted ppls coming to your party.Try these tips.1 only make one enterance and exit.2.make sure an adult know about the party so if anything goes wrong u always have someone to relay on for help.3.make invites if you must.4.get some strong guys to guard the door and who wont drink.5. let the neighbours know so they wont go crazy about you cranking up the music.follow these rules and have one hell of a party!!! =) have fun

The best thing to do in this situation is to type up a guest list of everyone you invited, print it out (in alphabetical order), and put an adult at the entrance door. For people to get in, they have to give their name and the invitation that you gave them to your party. No invitation, no admittance.

Hi. try to let only the people you want to invite know about the hotel party and ask them not to tell anyone that you didnt invite about it is the best way. you can even try to ask the people at the front desk of the hotel to maybe give you a room on a floor where there isn't that many people or is away from most of where teens might hang out? something like that should work. i hope i helped. Take care. x3SweetStar.

WOW, funness!!! Have you looked into this? These things can be very expensive. But no, you dont' have 2 worry about stray people just comin. Hand your invitations out and the rent your room (most likely a conference room). Give instrucions to the room and no one will find it unless there r loitering. Have fun! It's a wonderful idea!

You can organize a guest list and have someone at the door of the party controlling who comes in. You could have the people only aloud in if they have an invitation with them, but the guest list would probably work better because people can get invites form other people, or scan them on the computer. i hope you have fun and have a safe and happy birthday!

Keep it on a friends only basis. Make sure your friends know they aren't to invite others. That way you keep control of who comes in.

Also, make sure you don't provide booze, even though it's fun, it'll lead to a whole load of people trashing the place, and you don't want to be charged for that!
