twynelyne answered Sunday March 27 2005, 10:39 pm: jumping jacks are really good for u, set a goal to do like 100 a day. power walk around the neighborhood a bit (or jog) and strech really well afterwards (it keeps ur heart rate up).. also doing crunches, lunges and squats at night is good for the body and relaxing when it comes time to sleep [ twynelyne's advice column | Ask twynelyne A Question ]
xOtWiXi answered Sunday March 27 2005, 8:46 pm: Go to a local park, run around, play tennis, or w/e. I'm sure if you search in the area, there might be some free community pools during the summer, or a hotel that has swimming clubs for free. It costs some money to buy this, but TAE BO by Billy Blanks is amazing, and great. It's worth the $20 for 4 dvds, and you can find it basically everywhere. Hope I've Helped!
