Definately. I can tell you have a good head on your sholders since you can admit to this and wanna stop it. Tell your guardian your problem (most likely they have noticed it too)and they will help you find your solution or help you get enrolled into angression management.

You are very mature in being able to recognize that you have a problem, and wanting to get help for it on your own. There are grown men that can't even do that, so I commend you for that. Obviously your parents have noticed your anger problem. Go to them and tell them that you recognize that you have a problem, and you want to take anger management courses to learn how to control your anger before it gets too out of control. One day, someone could make you mad, and you could just snap and turn all of your anger towards that person, resulting in an ugly situation for both you and your victim. Believe me, it has happened before. Keep pursuing this issue with your parents until they seek out and get the help for you that you need. I wish you nothing but the best in your efforts.

Ok next time you have a freak temper tantrum on something little you need to just sit down and take a deeeep breath and calm down. You can't go around punching holes in walls and uhh.. putting your head through a widnow all the time. You gotta think about your freinds too. They will be scared of you if you do this crazy stuff in front of them. Get your freinds to help. They're the best people to go to !

well it seems like you have a big problem. i think you should try to get some help even though you're still young. tell your mom or dad about it and tell them you are concerned. i know this might sound stupid but if you're this worried then maybe you should talk to someone. if you dont want to do that then join a sport that is semi-violent. it could help take out some anger. good luck!

what do you get mad about? you should definately look into anger management.. if your doing this over little things if something big happens you can end up killing yourself.. you have to find other ways to deal with your anger.. just breathe or start boxing.. a friend told me weight lifting gets your anger out good.. hope everything turns out okay

Multi-vitamins truly help! Go to GNC or Vitamin World or something! Vitamins do wonders! My mom always gives me this vitamin called Womens Vitamin because I tend to get really bitchy during my period if I don't. But with the vitamins, I'm perfectly normal!

Ever gone to church or read the Bible? I'm not going to get sarcastic with it and all, but trust me, if you really know who Jesus really is, you won't have to manage your anger, you might not even really have it that often. But otherwise, focus your attention on other things, and don't do something stupid over something relatively small.
