BooBoo2007 answered Sunday March 13 2005, 10:16 pm: Healthy food my friend! There are a ton of diet websites these days, go to one of them, you can put in what you've eatin that day and it tells you bout your health, and if it has improved or not...They got so many diet programs now a days too, Jenny Craig, Slim Fast, and the Atkins thing...just look around, see what you like the best and go for it! It takes time, so if after a month you haven't lost a lot of weight dont fret! Stick to healthy foods, and beverages. Exercise is really really good, you won't be able to do much at first, but that will improve as time goes by...Hope all goes well! Much Love!
KaTiE_LyNn answered Sunday March 13 2005, 9:38 pm: well the first step is realizing you have a problem. so on to step two. grade doesn`t matter when it comes to weight, you could be maturing differently than everyone else. plus remember that muscle weighs more than fat. so anyway some tips on losing weight.. start running everyday. start out running for a few minutes straight, then walk some, then run some more. gradually start stepping up to running more and walking less. do about 50-100 crunches every morning and every night. also do 20 push`ups every morning and every night. also you could ride a bike to tone up your thighs. also, try to get involved in sports (church, rec, etc.). also, you need to eat less. eat 3 healthy balanced meals a day. if you need a snack, eat fruit (grapes, apples, bananas, oranges, etc.) or crackers.
