sugar help Ok here it goes.. sometime when i get depressed from school (either from friends or sumting else) my way to get over it is to eat. Sometimes when im not depressed i eat anywayz. When my mom goes on walks, i eat more and she doesnt know. I want ot lose wait but i know if i start eating right it would help alot! do you know how to make me stop eating all this junk!?!?!

take out all tha junk food in ur house.. and tell ur mum to go and get healthy food.. and when you feel like eating.. at least you will be eating healthy food! ]
you sholud think about it 1 way you kcould end up fat for the rest of your life if you choose it. and all the other kids will pick on you.

Everytime you get the urge to eat, stop and ask yourself why you're doing it. Are you eating because you're hungry? If not, then stop. You don't have to give in to anyone's whims, not even your own.

Edit: If your craving becomes to strong, avoid the kitchen. Stay away from the fridge and do something else--go for a walk, call a friend, take a shower.

i think htat you should find a good and healthy food you like and start eating that and anytime u want insead of eating junk food switch to fruite veggies and garnola bars are good 2! just make sure that you dont have a lot of servings of bread and not to much fast food or fried food if you use lots of oils! good luck! =) x0x ]
You can probally tell your mom to STOP buying junk food!!!! start going to the gym also!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you're not doing any type of sport!!! start doing some!!!!!

well, to do that, i smoke. But that is bad. Actually, and ironically, the best alternative to eating is excercizing. I know it sounds totally condradictory, but i promise it will help. I hope this helped somewhat

An easy way to stop eating junk food, is to focus on something else. You can join an after school group or make a plan for everyday after school that helps you remember not to eat lotz of junk food. Things like that can really help you forget about eating so much. ]
