Sorry, but you know the answer to this question, go to your mom for help, thats the only way to undamage your body. Just waiting and keep letting it happens just risks your chances of getting very ill even more. This is very dangerous to your health.

well i think you should go to a doctor, tell him/her about the whole thing and make it clear that you dont want your mum to know about it. Tell a friend or your sister, know matter how angry she may be she will want you to get better and will appreciate you telling her in the end. she could go to the doctors with you, and there maybe some medication you can take.

You need to tell someone right away. Talk to your mom..shes here to help you through this. You can get help..and you'll be fine again! But if you wait..it could do dammage to your body ..dont wait until its too late. Have you heard about the case of that woman in florida? I cant remember her name..but 10 years ago she was admitted to a hosptiol for an eating disorder. She cannot talk or walk. She can only communicate through her eyes. This is really sad because with some physical therapy she could be ok again but it gets complicated with her husband..(long story) anyway to make my point..you dont want to end up in a hospitol sweety..do you? The body needs food to work..and if you dont feed the body..the body will start to break down your muscle tissue and your heart weakens. Im happy you want help...the next step is to talk to your mom or your doctor..anyone! If you would rather talk to your dad or your aunt thats fine too but talk to someone!
Best of luck sweetie..write to me if you need help with anything at all

I am glad you're scared. Perhaps you are scared enough to either start eating properly of your own accord or get some help to do so. If you don't want to talk to your mom, talk to your doctor or to a counsellor or someone at your school. There is probably no permanent damage yet but there certainly will be if you do not change. Be scared and use the fear to deal witht he issue.

You have to tell somebody. I know that's your worst fear right now, but if you don't tell somebody you CAN do serious damage to your body. Do you know what eating disorders do to your body? Once you run out of the fat that your body needs to survive, it eats at your organs. Eating disorders are more gruesome then you think. It can do serious damage to your heart, which is why a lot of woman or girls die of heart attacks with an eating disorder...

I'm not saying this is going to happen to you now, but if you don't get yourself help IT WILL. This isn't a game, it's your life you're dangling. I know you didn't mean it and I know it's a confusing feeling and you don't know how you got yourself into it..but just don't feel guilty okay? And don't feel ashamed or humiliated..because you're not alone and this isn't unheard of. You just have to get help and tell your mom. Not when it's the right time, but now.. while you're still not too far deep.

Please..tell somebody. Tell your mom and sister that with their help you'll be able to stop. (before it's too late)..let them know. They're never going to stop loving you, so what's there to lose?

Good luck, and lemme know how it goes if you feel up to it.
Please though..please tell someone
