I love skirts and i thynk they`re so cute but i`m not confident enough to wear them becuase of my legs. mainly the calfs[sp] are there any exercies i can to the thin them out? I appreciate all the advice i can get.. thanx<3

They are on me, and I know that I am skinny. I use to be self concious, and I really don't have to, except in swimming suits, but I don't wear skirts or shorts, because I'm not that kind of girl. I just throw on jeans and a shirt, but don't try to make them skinnier, you should love yourself this way, I mean, sure its hard, but what you've got is probably all muscle, no fat, I bet you. Do not let people tell you that your legs are just all fat, because they're probably not. Tell them that it is all muscle. But I'm not sure of a way you can make them skinnier, because running just keeps it that way, and I think you should keep your legs the way they are.

brunetteAmor answered Sunday February 20 2005, 11:45 pm: one way that you have your calfs so big is if you are over weight.. if that is the problem and you really want to get rid of them being so big then try to lose some weight, not so much by running ( that obviously will make it worse) but by eating well and things like that to stay healthy. If your weight isnt the problem then to tell you the truth there is nothing you can do to thin your calfs out..what you could do is try to tone your legs by working them out.. its always attracting when it shows on a girls legs that she works out and takes care on her body.. just be confident on your looks.. skirts look great on just about anyone! xXBabiiGurlXx answered Sunday February 20 2005, 11:40 pm: Yea..If you run around your block or somethin like that everyday that'll burn some of the fat off of your legs. Also..if you have an excercise bike or just a regular bike..ride it. If you have an excercise bike..then spend 20-30 minutes riding it. if u have a real bike..ride it around your neighborhood or wherever you live. You can also do those bicycle workouts that u lay on your back and you make your legs go like you're riding a bike.
