Wow all kinds of answers. Eggs may be a byproduct of a chicken but it is still may be a meat if it's fertilized. It would be an unborn baby chick. You can eat any meat, fish and lots of dairy products that have 0 carbs. Mayo, butter, oils have 0 carbs.
If you are a vegetarian you will find a lot of netcarbs.
I will usually do a high protein diet for two weeks and then add netcarbs after. The fastest way to lose weight. If I get a craving for sweets I will drink a diet Dr. pepper ,Diet rootbeer or Crystal Light Teas. You can scramble an egg with Vanilla and splenda and make a custard. o carbs and sugar free. Also Cottage chees with vanilla and spenda or any flavored extract. Add Cinnamon yum!

I am sorry to say this, but all foods have sugar. Losing weight is not about eating no sugars, it is about not eating the wrong kids of sugars like candy or icecream. Even foods like apples or grapes have their own natural sugars which actually help your body.

Water. Everything has carbs/sugar. If it doesn't there is a change you will get a brain tumer from it. Cut down on pasta, breads, ect if you're on a low carb diet. Or if you want to snack the low sugar/carb candies are really good. I hope I helped! ♥ good luck

Karen answered Sunday February 20 2005, 9:46 am:
There are basically no foods that have no carbs and/or sugar. Vegetables are the only types of foods that have a low amount of carbs and sugar. Carrots, celery, cucumbers, etc. are good to eat. The only thing you can do is to look for foods that are low on sugar and/or carbs. It should say it on a label at the grocery store. Hope I helped :)

BeautifulMadness answered Sunday February 20 2005, 9:33 am:
Hiya,
It's pretty impossible to find a food with NO carbs or sugar!! Things like Rice Cakes are LOW in sugar, but pretty HIGH in carbs...
Maybe you could try sugar free yoghurt, or certain vegetables like cabbage, carrots, etc...?
Sorry, those are the only actual suggestions I have...
But you could always look in your supermarkets 'healthy-eating' aisle. There's a new food range out called 'Carb Options', which has loads of normal foods with the carbohydrates taken out. You can also buy diabetic chocolates, if you have a sweet tooth but don't want to risk the sugar :) They're available in any good chocolate shop, including Thortons.
Blessed Be,
Rach xxx
