I was thinking maybe you should try one of those free online journals, such as Blurty, LiveJournal, or GreatestJournal. (I recommend GreatestJournal, if you do.) They allow you the freedom of your own journal to post your thoughts in, and you can post these privately, or to the public, or even to a limited group of people.
These journal sites also allow you to join communities, where you can talk with other people through threads and ask your own questions. You can join a specific community for a TV show you like, a certain celebrity, a book or movie, fashions, recipes, graphic design, and many more! There are even rating communities for people to compare pictures and whatnot. It's really neat. You could try that! I think they have a forum, as well, and you meet people from all over.
Good luck! :) Hope this helped.

Here are a few links that are online forums for teens: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location), [Link](Mouse over link to see full location), and [Link](Mouse over link to see full location). If you want to find more, just type in "Teen forums/message boards" in a Google or Yahoo search. I hope that's what you want.
