I think it is defenitely possible. As long as you eat right, excercise and really try to lose the weight, anything is possible.

My sister lost some weight on South Beach diet, and I know a lot of other people who tried it too and it worked for them. Try it! It's worth a shot.

One mistake that a lot of people make is eating super late at night. When you eat late at night, the food just sits there while you're asleep, and you tend to gain weight from that. Also, be sure to get plenty of exercise AND sleep- sleep deprivation causes problems not only mentally, but it makes it more difficult when you're trying to lose weight because your body is more run down.

Be sure to eat healthy foods. It's okay to give in to your cravings once in a while, but remember to read labels and try not to go overboard on junk foods.

Hope this helped! My dad's really into nutrition, so I learn a lot about it from him. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to ask me in my advice column page. :) Good luck with that weight!

♥ Val
