Back How do you crack your back? Or neck?

jus turn your body parts to do it, i do it all the time!
i also go to the chiropractor he sorta cracks your body parts, he/she can help you feel better!

Or if you have the money go and have a short session with a chiropractor!!
They make each one of your vertebrae crack from the base of your spine to the top of your neck!!

You twist your back until you hear the crack, and move your head around.it's easy :-D

If you hear a crack when you move or twist or stretch it sometimes, then congratulations, you just cracked your back and/or neck. Easy enough, right? Hope I helped.

to crack your back sit in a chair and turn only the top half of your body around and grab onto the back of the chair. for your neck, just move it to either side, or around.

you can sit in a chair and grab a corner of the chair and turn your back toward the corner your grabbing then do the same on the other corner and you should have your back cracked, and with your neck tilt it on like a 45 and go slow then when you get to the end turn it fast. ]
The way I crack my back is I sit or stand up and I move my torso or swing around to the side and my back cracks. They way my friend cracks her back is by sitting in a chair and having her back against the chair and moving up and over the chair; it's kind of weird but that's how she does it. To crack your neck, you just have to move it to the side; like when you wash your hair, you sometimes move it to the side. Those are some ways to crack your back and neck. Hope I helped :)
