sweat hands
okay so i like this guy and we hang out alot and when we do i always feel relaxed and feel confertable but when ever we hold hands or sumthin my hand always start to sweat! and i dont kno wut to do! its gross! i mean im embarrased to like hold hands with him now! wut can i do?

This is a good chance to turn a negative into a positive. First tell him why you are afarid sometimes to hold his hand, then tell him because he makes you hot. He won't be grossed out but happy that he can get you like that. where you go from there is up to you.

Oh sweetie, everybody does that! Just make a joke out of it. Let go, wipe your hands and giggle. Make a crack about how he makes you nervous or something like that. Confidence and a good joke can make almost any situation instantly less mortifying!

Just keep a lil hole between the hands and if you think they are getting sweaty and your sitting down just push your jeans down like they are riding up or pretend to itch your arm or something-trix

me too...to the point i did a project on sweaty palms (gross, right?) well...there's a ton of solutions from powders and creams you can apply (ask a pharmacist for the best brand), to more extreme solutions such as surgery if you happen to have hyperhidrosis (which you can ask your doctor about). however, it doesn't sound like you have the condition as it only comes when you're holding hands. Try to be discreet by re-adjusting your clothes if you really need to, and gently rubbing his hand or playing with his sleeve will release some of the trapped air between your hands which might be heating you up and causing sweat. hope i helped!

Hey my hand does that to it's just because when you holding hands its like suffocation to your hand his handw sweats too, you just might not be able to notice it. I wouldn't worry about it make jokes about it be like shakin you hand off and say my hands all sweaty then laugh about it.. guys like when girls are themselves. I don't know just try to calm down it'll help... well hope i helped
