okay well im 14/f and i've shaved my down below area...now wenever i do it again it hurts b/c theres these little red dots and they start to bleed...please help me idk wat to do
MyPainIsReal answered Monday January 10 2005, 6:55 pm: I've been there and done that. After you shave you need to get some moisturizing lotion that is for sensitive skin since that is a sensitive area to put down there after shaving. Those red dots suck so much but that should do the trick! And make sure you're using shaving cream or soap to shave. The better thing would be shaving cream. More moisturizing. CrayzeelilDanca7 answered Monday January 10 2005, 3:28 pm: Hey, the red dots are razor burn. and yes sometimes it does bleed, cuz its so sensitive down their. Just when you shave, dont shave it like everyday or whatever. You should atleast do it like once a week, and maybe two times a week. just not like everyday. and just use alot of shaving cream. ok that should help =]. `' xo [( Colleen )] [ CrayzeelilDanca7's advice column | Ask CrayzeelilDanca7 A Question ]

bbgirl15 answered Monday January 10 2005, 3:10 pm: I just think you shouuldn't do it everyday. Its like shaveing your underarms, you'll get razor burn if you do it all the time. [ bbgirl15's advice column | Ask bbgirl15 A Question ]
Karen answered Monday January 10 2005, 2:50 pm: You have to shave "down there" at least every 3 days so it will be easier to shave. Use shaving gel and get a new razor. Apply lotion when you are done shaving and it won't let those dots come back. Hope I helped :)

girlygirl answered Monday January 10 2005, 10:17 am: To start with... don't shave there for a few days! when you do, only shave in the direction the hair is growing. It doesn't get as close, but the red bumps can turn into ingrown hairs and that's 10 times worse! Use some aloe after shaving too. Hope that helps :) [ girlygirl's advice column | Ask girlygirl A Question ]
