i think i have low self-esteem my sisters are so pretty i just feel like im not and i hate that...then i always feel fat to because there are girls in my class who are like size zeros and im like not a size zero im tall and i weigh a bit but what is the average weight of a 14 yr old who is like 5'3 and how could i spruce up my look ill rate if this really helps me thnx

I've been in the same postion. My sister, the athletic, beautiful socialite that got all kinds of attention, and then her pathetic fat sister (me) who was just there. Ok, you ask if it's low self-esteem....yea I would say so. It hurts when you feel like you are living in someone else's shadow, and you always go unnoticed. It's normal, but not good at all. I feel good about myself-although there are some things I would like to change. You have to learn to simply be comfortable in your own skin. Tune out society's cliches and realize that your an individual. I could go on and on, but if you want to talk, feel free to contact me. ]
it will be hard but you have got to stop comparing yourself. I did once and then i had a eating disorder. it took me weeks to realise that this is the way i was made, and everyone is beautiful not matter what. If people wear a 0 or a 10 its fine, thats the way you were created. Of course you could always do things to inhance your looks like makeup or hair, but overall you are beautiful no matter what. ]
I can relate. I have two older sisters who in my opinion are pretty also. I also have a low self esteem. You have to realize that everybody is different and everybody has a problem with themselves inside and out. I bet your beautiful on the outside and inside. ]

Excersizing will NOT give you self esteem. Who gives a crap about what size you are or what size everyone else is. If you lived on the moon you'd weigh 1/3 of what you do now, but would that change who you are, and all your problems?

Raise your self esteem by putting down the lame-ass fashion magazines like vogue, (if you're hankering for a read, try BUST), turn off the telly that shows you asinine examples of women. Turn on the sports channel. Seriously. Read up on the wicked skater, surfer, snowboarder, skier chicks.
They're strong and healthy and cool and beee-auuu-tiful.
Everyone loves confidence (sorry but its true). It shows in your 'look'. Walk tall, put a smile on your face, and watch the world fall at yer feet (guys and gals)

Im a fifteen year old, and im 5'3 also. i weigh about 123 pounds. To have better self esteem, Excersize. It'll make you look good and feel good, witch will boost your self-confidence! ]
The average weight for a 14 year old girl who is 5'3" is probably around 115 pounds. To have better self esteem, you need to think positive and not think of how you look and not comparing yourself to anyone. Hope I helped :)

my friend is like 5'3 and she's 13. she weighs about 123 pounds, and she kind of looks.. chubbyish. my other friend is like 5'8 and she's 13, and she's like 116 lbs, and she looks skinny and attractive
so maybe the average weight for someone who's 5'3 should be maybe 105 or 110
if you want to look my attractive, dont wear blush because they clog your pores even when they say they dont. just put up your hair in a nice way, add some eyeshadow, eyeliner, lipstick, enhance the color of your cheeks, wear tight clothes(if you're not chubby or fat), and guys will notice you(in a good way) ]
the average wieght is 70. maybe you should get liposuction so ur not such a fatass ]
Hey. Well first of all, I'm not 5'3" i'm much taller so don't worry about being too tall bc im a lot taller than you! And you can calculate your BMI to see the avg weight. Go to google and type in BMI calculator. Secondly, don't compare yourself to your sisters, beauty comes in all shapes and sizes and you are still blossoming into the person you will become. Everyone has low self esteem every now and then. Just focus on the good parts about you and make them stand out. For ex. if you have pretty eyes, play them up with your makeup (wear mascara and eyeliner, make them stand out!), etc. ♥ ]
I don't think I'm that pretty b ut people tell me I am. SOmeties I look beautiful while other time I don't look that decent. OH, and it doesn't matter what size you are, it's if you look good. To have good sself-esteem just try to like the way you look and be confident! If they don't like you for who you are then it's THEIR loss! ]
