Shortie8959 answered Sunday January 9 2005, 12:14 am: You have to make a plan. Do about 20-30 pushups, situps, and crunches at night, then increase them after a week or so. Don't skip breakfast, it screws up your metabolism. Eat healthier. Maybe try going to a gym if you can. Good luck!
Hope I helped!

horsesare666es answered Saturday January 8 2005, 11:57 pm: CRUNCHES! n situps. Wonderful things if you just want to work on your gut :) If you ca run after school. *It's not that cold out after you run a mile* just make sure to stretch. And do the whole "eat right" thing. But crunches are wonderful for your abs and guts if done properly. [ horsesare666es's advice column | Ask horsesare666es A Question ]
