Your better off without them, then sticking around and making things worse. In my opinon divorce is always a little bit harder on the kids. And if your mom is sick, I'm sure she's gunna do everything she can to get better so don't worry. Don't cut yourself. It's not necessary. You could accidentally slip and kill yourself. You should try talking to someone, like a guidance counselor. There is nothing wrong with you but you probably have depression, so you should probably go on antidepressants to help you through this ordeal. Good Luck!!
Zoinatrobe answered Friday January 7 2005, 12:19 pm: Don't worry there is nothing wrong with you, you have just gone through alot. It is not you or anyone elses fault (except your friends). Remember to love yourself and think positive.
First, I would solve your problem with friends- either talk to them and tell them how you feel, ask why they are doing this and how if they were your true friends they wouldn't be doing this. If not, start making some new friends- don't stop talking to the others untill you have found some, then tell your mean friends that you think they shouldn't be treating you like this and that maybe you would be better off having real friends that respected you. You don't deserve sp called "friends" like that. I'm having a similar problem at the moment.
Secondly, don't cut yourself whatever happens- if you cut once you'll do it again and again. I know your situation is hard but you can change the situation for the better.
Thirdly, you say you think your mother is going to die- could you send me another question explaining why you think this please? I may be able to help.
Fourthly, your parents are divorced- I know this can be very hard but remember it is likely that they are happier like this- otherwise they wouldn't have divorced.
Finally, if you are still worried, try ringing one of these numbers- You can ring Childline at 0800 11 11 or Samaritans on 08457 909 090 for professional advice on any problem.
Big hug and sorry about the length I got a bit carried away..Hope I helped,

angel411 answered Thursday January 6 2005, 7:57 pm: Aw, thats awful! It sounds like you have been through a lot... and for some people, after all of that, cutting is an option. But it sounds like you are smarter than that. Don't get caught up in that mess unless you want to Add problems to your already problematic life. There are many other things you can do, and one of them you have already done. Take the step to admit your problems and fears and talk them out. Trust me it can help sooo much. I haven't been through some of the things you have but I still know what its like from different scenarios. Talking things out will really help, maybe you can even join a club- like a support group or something! If thats not an option you can always talk to me. Just leave one in my inbox and we can talk about Whatever. ♥ don't forget! [ angel411's advice column | Ask angel411 A Question ]

o0psychicwish0o answered Thursday January 6 2005, 6:51 pm: OKay first of off you need to talk to your friends and ask if its true and if it is then dump them there not going to help you there going to make your life worst! find some new ones that will be there for you! Second of all you should tell your mom or dad. If you cant its okay but you need to tell an Teacher or some adult that you know an trust that will help you- this is important and you really need to do this!
Tell them about your feelings they will listen and help you! Last cutting yourself is not going to help and it will make things worst!- belive is or not!- get help and things will be better! im sorry for your mom to =( [ o0psychicwish0o's advice column | Ask o0psychicwish0o A Question ]
AdviceMistress answered Thursday January 6 2005, 6:50 pm: my parents are divorced and i know where your coming from that can be hurtful and there is no way the pain can go away! you friends are losers i suggest that you not stoop to their level and talk about them, just go and be social with other kids at school. or be involved in the community by joining a dance group or a sports team! (something you enjoy, of course!) there is absoluetly nothing wrong with you there are changes going on in your life and sometimes those changes can be quite harsh and sudden. you are smart to not cut yourself because you know you can hurt yourself that way. it's definitely not a way to solve your problems. i would just relax and calm down maybe you should talk to someone, talk to your mom or dad, or maybe even see a counselor at your school! if you need anymore help i'm always here!

bAhAmAmA0250 answered Thursday January 6 2005, 5:57 pm: You just think this? Or do you have proof like that might have given you this idea? You are just paranoid. Listen my rents split up. Then my step dad got sent to jail. So i lost a dad and a step dad. Now i have a new step dad. Yeah its hard. I know. Your mom is going to be okay. Just ask if you are healthy and ask if she is healthy. That way it isnt so obvious. Everybody thinks that there friends talk about them but that is usually when you are younger like in JR. high and doesnt happan as much in high school. Its good that you dont cut yourself and dont. Thats extremely terrible. Dont go there. Hunni everything will be okay. Just keep asking for advice and everything will be okay!! I promise! it might be a long journey but you will make it!!-trixxie [ bAhAmAmA0250's advice column | Ask bAhAmAmA0250 A Question ]
