losing weight Ok, well, I weigh 120 lbs. and I'm only 13, female. Well, I want to start all new this year, so how do I lose weight fast! I want to lose 3 pounds a day! please help me. thnx for the tips

thats pretty hard to loose 3 pounds a day.. 120 isnt really that bad for 13 yrs old, it really depends on how tall you are. the main thing to loosing weight is burning more calories than you eat, so watch what you eat and excercise everyday. if you want to know specific excercises and foods you should eat, just ask me and id be glad to give you some ideas of things you can do. xoxsara ]
Hm thats kind of hard, work out, joiin a team, drink alot of water, even tho its hard cut down on those bad foods, eat subway alot it gives you al your nutrtion alot of times and is low fat! excerize go on runs do tons of crunches and jus push yourself and uwill loose weight in no time! ]
Ok, well first, u have to understand that you're not gonna lose 3 lbs in a day. That's just physically impossible. But, if you do 20-30 pushups, situps, and crunches each night, you'll see results within 2 weeks, and just keep doing the exercises until you reach your desired weight. Good luck!
P.S. Try running and jogging too.

3 pounds a day.. unhealthy!! never do it 2-3 lbs a week maybe but join the gym and don't eat any shyt and more protien then carbs and.. WATER! ]
wow 3 pounds a day?! your nuts! loosing one to two pounds a week is very healthy, try doing that, excersise around the house is the best thing, and watch what you eat. x0 ]
Ok. I hate questions like this, not to mention you don't even need to lose weight. However, I think I have an answer so what the hell I'll answer it.
Whatever you do, don't go on some crazy starvation diet. It really won't help at all, it'll make things worse. Start eating more healthily, cut back on sweets, chocolate and fatty foods. Snack on those healthy fruit and nut bars instead. Walk places instead of catching a bus or whatever. If you absolutely have to catch a bus to somewhere, then get off one or two stops earlier so you can walk the rest of the way. If you can, start going for a run once or twice a week. It doesn't have to be a long cross country type thing, just try going for a ten minute jog around your area in the morning or evening.
I'm not entirely sure if this will make you lose 3lbs a day but it will probably benefit you in the long run and is generally a healthier, better lifestyle. ]
It's like IMPOSSIBLE to lose 3 punds a day! Sorry hun!! Just eat healthier - lots of fruits and veggies (eat carrots, sqaush, and a green veggie each meal and that's really healthy! -, drink lots of water (6 to 8 glasses a day), and excersise 3 to 4 days a week for atleast a hour. I hoped i helped!! :)

Look online or ask someone for a Pilates work out sheet. My friend does Pilates and it really helps! Also, do a lot of cardio, run, and eating healthy maintains healthy weight gain. ALSO, *RESPECT YOUR CRAVINGS.* If you're hungry, might as well satisfy it because later on, you're going to eat more to make up for it. Try to excersize anywhere. I read somewhere that you tend to eat more when watching tv, so do some small excersizes while watching, like lifting weights. hope i helped -- good luck! ]
First off, How tall are you? Your weight could be just fine for your height. Before you consider losing 3 pounds a day (which is a lot) make sure you actually need to lose weight. As for losing 3 pounds a day that is not possible. You just need to pick a healthy diet and sadly exercise. Not eating is not a healthy diet...that is a disorder. God thats crazy. 3 lbs a day is way too much. If you told us how tall you were, we would help you out more. If your 5'2 and up you shouldent be losing weight. Their is no diet to lose 3 lbs a day..just eat right, eat in moderation, and exercise! ]
