im going into 8th grade and im really nervous because today is the 'evaluation test.' Ive never ever started at a new schools before, because I've been going to the same district of schools for a while, and im really nervous. What kind of questions do they ask? because over the summer and I dont really study so I may have forgotten a thing or two..(or ten @_@) can someone give me in detail or somethign what kind of things they ask? thx!

I went through the same thing. I had gone to one school all my life then had to switch to a middle school. As for evaluation tests they are never to terribly difficult. The only ones I've ever had to take are for math so they could decide what math class I was appropriate for. Seriously don't worry about it. If they wanted some type of genius answers from you they would have questioned you during the school year. x0Cassandra

I hate reading. We have to accumulate so many points per quarter.Like we read a book then we take a test on it and you get points for the book depending on how many questions you got right on the test. But i hate reading. I don't like any kind of books and i think ive already read all the books in the library! Maybe not..but still..i hate reading! Does any one have any tips on how to like reading? Or any good books to suggest? and our quarter 2 cut-off date is jan 7th..i have no points!! i need to get 13..any tips on how to get my reading done?

Well I have the exact same problem with A.R. it sucks i know...You should try a series of books that you might like..if you are say in middle school you may like, Harry Potter, Nancy Drew, or The Series of Unfourtunate Events. They are all really good! If You are in Say Highschool you might like to read a harder series of books maybe Stephen King, but since you don't really like to read (who does) stick with thinner books. x0Cassandra

i go to a private school...we don't have uniforms but we have a dress code...polo shirts, sweaters, that kind of thing...what do you suggest i do to accessorize/spice things up?

Well, i mean it could be alot worse just trust me I go to a Catholic School and we have uniforms they suck, umm.. are your rules really strict or are they kindof loose? If they aren't really that strict I think you could maybe wear cute shoes or a cute necklace it just depends on how strict your school is. Theyre is normally a dress-code handbook or something or the sort, check that and then go from there. x0Cassandra

I have straight hair already, but it is pretty static and VERY flyawayish...and its kinda bushy sometimes...what is the best hair straightener out there? I've heard ceramic hair straighterners are good??

Ceramic hair straightners are the best but they will cost you a little more but trust me, they're worth it! Also to get rid of the frizzie-ness you can get John Freida's super skinny serum. It works really good. x0Cassandra

I have blonde hair, and i want to lighten it so it's even more blonde, like the color or paris hilton's. my friend thats going to be ligtening it asked me if i wanted it dyed or bleached. what's the difference? which one should i do?

Dyeing changes your hair to one specific color. As for bleaching it is a continuing lightening process, not for eternity, but it bleaches until it can bleach no more. If your a dark blonde and do want Paris Hilton blonde you will probally need to bleach it. That's the only way you could probally achieve such a light color. As for an already light blonde I'm sure dye would work. (note: if there is any brunettes reading this you will need a lot of bleach because if you don't have enough you hair will turn an odd orangeish color. I've seen it happen) x0Casandra

Ok, I was just wondering what kind of Abercrombie fragrance for women is the kind that smells like the store- if there is a kind that smells like that. There's three different types: NOW Fragrance, Signature Fragrance, and 8 Fragrance. I would think it would be Signature Fragrance, but I'm not sure. Does anybody know?? Thanks!

i have hair down there. and me and my bf are ready for sex. he knows i have it down there but should i shave it???

Okay I didn't know how to answer this exactly so I talked to some of my more experienced and older friends.(they are the ones who answered this question)The majority of guys said they prefered a girl to shave. Then when I talked to the girls a majority of them also shaved. But honestly if you don't want to shave don't, it's not his body...I heard in one story the first time you shave is really itchy so beware. Xtina

Ive got a book jammed down the back of the radiator and I need to get it out. I can't get it out the bottom or side of the radiator, only the top. I can't fit my arm through the top to get it. How on earth do I get it????

My question is how did you get it there?? If you still can't jam your arm in there find a small friend and have them try to get it. If that still fails you may have to use some type of tool or perhaps move the radiator. Now really...how did you get the book back there?

I know a 16 year old straight man that babysits. And I know quite a few straight men that have children...Is that odd? There is absolutley nothing wrong with watching children, especially if you get paid for it. :)

I'm 15/f in highschool and I know this girl who is pregnant. This isn't about wether its right or wrong, but, she's 15 also, and in my grade. I've known her since 4th grade(just about). She just found out she was pregnant, and I'm on good terms with her and everything, but were not best friends. Y'know? I was thinking I should go up to her and tell her that if she needs anything, I'd be there for her. Should I? Would it be inappropiate? -Sarah

You've known her for practically forever so I don't see how it could be wrong. Plus she's only 15. Can you imagine how scary that would be to find out you were going to become a mother at that age. I'm sure she'd appreciate any help.x0Cassandra

Ok, well, I weigh 120 lbs. and I'm only 13, female. Well, I want to start all new this year, so how do I lose weight fast! I want to lose 3 pounds a day! please help me. thnx for the tips

First off, How tall are you? Your weight could be just fine for your height. Before you consider losing 3 pounds a day (which is a lot) make sure you actually need to lose weight. As for losing 3 pounds a day that is not possible. You just need to pick a healthy diet and sadly exercise. Not eating is not a healthy diet...that is a disorder. Shy away from that idea. x0Cassandra
