Are you from West Virginia? I'm sorry, that was kind of mean. I'd be scared if you weren't guilty. Did you know he was your cousin when he did it. If not then it isn't as bad, but if you didn't know it was your cousin at the time then it's not as bad. I know this boy who made out with this girl who he ended up finding out years later was his cousin. When he told us we couldn't stop laughing, the funniest thing was that he was from West Virginia, and you know what they say about people from WV (that is if you live in the US)

You should feel guilty. One it was your cousin, not good. Worse it was your cousin and you'd never met before? That's just plain slutty. You should at least know someone a while before letting them put their hands on you. Even if you'd talked on the phone or online for a time, you need to physically see someone for a time before even thinking of that kind of thing. This is so wrong on so many levels.
