Friends Come first definately. Although you could try talking to your friends to make the subject more open and less of a "nail biter". Who knows, maybe your friends will have no problem with it!!! But be careful, some guys just like to flirt without meaning anything, but otherwise, GO FOR IT GIRL!!! (just check with the friends...feelings are at risk!!!)

im not saying you shouldnt ask your friends but tere is no law stating that you have to, ask him out then explain it to your friends and if they dont understand then you have a really shitty group of friends
