okay i have this friend who ive only known for like a year and weve only been good friends for like a couple months but anyways he is going out with my bestfriend ..and i mean i hate when people my age (14) say i love you if you can tell they dont mean it but i KNOW they do and i hangout with them like everyday and i have so much fun with them they are the two people i can honestly say i trust i love them both to death they are my bestfriends... but this kid got charged for raping these two girls..but he didnt do anything like that he would never do that...they are just stupid and try to start shit and thats not something to joke around with and so he was locked up for 2 months until he went to court...and his gf's (my bff) mom found out she said she wanted her to have NOTHING to do with him..he got out and we were over there everyday and she had been lying to her mom but then we got cought the other day and her mom was bullshit and told my mom the whole story and now we cant see him because neither of them want us going over there...my mom says i can talk on the phone with him and stuff and maybe go over in a little while when he gets off house arrest but i feel so bad he is my bestfriend and she loves him and he is the only one she has besides like me and a few others.... please helpp

find out who the girls were! make them tell the truth! if they end up not gettin raped, all cahrges will b dropped.. DID he get foudn guilty tho? if he didnt tell ur mom that, but if he did, then u neeed to tell him that u cant talk to him for a while..after week, talk to ur mom about how much u miss talkin w/ him n stuff, tell her that he wood never rape ne bodi n tose dumb hoez were lieing for attention. hopefully ur mom will understand and u guys can hang out together. just wait till he gets off house arrest. Call him and her every day... three way call sometimes, write him letters, sneak out at night to visit him, email and IM him, tell them both how you feel... and keep hanging out with him when he's off house arrest. Just comfort your friend daily and say it sucks she can't hang out with her boyfriend. In the mean time, don't talk to your parents... they deserve disrespect if they can't respect your friend and your rights to hang out with who you want. :) Good luck with all that! :)

i think that you and your friend should still hang out with the guy (after he gets off his house arrest). Just make sure that you and your bff don't get to caught up with him. Make sure that your bff knows to just be careful because if he got charged for raping two girls, there is not gaurantee that he won't do it again. I hope i helped!
